Narusha Leonath D'Souza wins the title of Rubaru Miss India Elite 2021 which took place on 29th August in New Delhi's City Park Resort. Narusha hails from Calangute, Goa and is no stranger to winning pageants, having been crowned Miss Goa in 2019.
Narusha is now the official representative of India at the next edition of Miss Landscapes International beauty pageant, which is scheduled to take place later this year.
